Due to restrictions imposed by carriers, deliveries of larger items (full size worktops and longer cut lengths) to some addresses outside our own delivery area may not be possible at the present time. We may therefore regretfully refuse to accept affected orders. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and are working to find practicable alternatives.

Once you have placed and confirmed your order, there is a 7 day 'cooling off' period before we will begin manufacture of your worktop. It is possible to opt out of this 7 day period (please see clause 2.9 of Terms and Conditions). Delivery should normally be within 2-4 weeks afterwards. It may be sooner for some popular rolled edge tops and up to 4-6 weeks for some special items.

Delivery will be made to the delivery address. You will be contacted a few days in advance to schedule the delivery.

We can only give you a date of delivery, not a time. Deliveries start at 06:00 and run through to late afternoon.

You are responsible for providing storage and access for deliveries.

If we are unable to deliver the Worktops due to lack of access, we will attempt to redeliver the following week but an additional charge of £78.00 will be made.

We can leave the worktops with a neighbour if you instruct us in writing.

We can only deliver to addresses in mainland Great Britain.

Delivery charges will be made on a sliding scale for all orders under £500.01. There is a minimum order value of £150.00. Orders up to £300.00 will be charged at £40.00, orders between £300.01 and £400.00 will be charged £30.00 and orders between £400.01 and £500.00 will be charged £20.00. For all orders over £500.01 delivery is free of charge.

Please note - the delivery driver will need an able-bodied person available to assist with unloading the worktops. We normally deliver to the ground floor only.
